Exchange and return policy

CHANGES

  • Items subject to exchange are those that require a change in size or model at the customer's request.

  • Exchanges will be made within a maximum of 15 calendar days after receiving the item.

  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered. It must retain its original packaging and label.

  • Any changes are subject to inventory availability.

  • Shipping costs will be borne by the customer (return of the garment and shipping of the new one).

  • If the exchanged item is worth more than the purchased item, the customer will be responsible for the difference. If the item is worth less, the customer will be given a voucher that they will have six months to redeem for the brand's products. We do not offer refunds.

  • Items with any type of discount, or items in Pre-Order, cannot be exchanged or returned.

RETURNS

  • Garments subject to returns are only those that have a manufacturing defect.

  • We will not accept items that have been worn or washed. Remember to check the washing instructions for each item to avoid damage.

  • If you request a refund, it must be made within 15 calendar days of the delivery date. You must present the purchase invoice.

  • We do not offer refunds. Customers will receive a voucher for the purchase value and will have six months to redeem it for branded products.

  • In this case, shipping costs are borne by LEVA CARNATO.
